Let me introduce myself. I'm a commercial jurist in Italy. I originally come from Hungary but did my studies and graduated in Business Law at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. I than completed my legal internship at the district court and the public prosecutor's office in Klagenfurt in Austria. Now, I live near Trieste in Muggia and work as a legal consultant for start-up companies and cross-border investments in Italy, Austria, and Hungary.

I have always been passionate about European economic and legal relations. I wrote my master thesis in comparative law about the setting up of a regular Ltd compared to the so-called "simplified Ltd" in Italy and Austria. Thanks to my studies as well as my work experience with several international companies, I possess a broad knowledge of corporate law in my key countries and a profound base of economic and intercultural relationships. 

The perfect geographic position of Trieste, between Italy, Austria and Hungary has offered me the possibility to cooperate with various logistics companies, as well as the Port Authority of Trieste. My services include all necessary assistance in order to obtain port entry permits, lease concessions for port warehouses or office space and other authorizations.
